Lahore: Death row convict hanged in Kot Lakhpat Jail

LAHORE (Dunya News) - A death row prisoner was hanged in the Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore on early Tuesday morning. 

The execution of another convict was postponed after the rival parties reached an agreement.

According to details, death row prisoner Aslam was hanged for killing a man in 2003 over an old enmity. 

Aslam’s body was handed over to his heirs after the execution.

On the other hand, the execution of another convict, Farrukh Shahzad, was postponed after the rival parties reached an agreement.
