A hate preacher in the United Kingdom has urged the Taliban to stone adulterers, slash thieves’ hands, and outlaw music.

Adulterers must be stoned to death, thieves’ hands must be chopped off, and music must be banned, according to a UK-based hate preacher.

In a 3,500-word document titled Sincere Advice To The Leadership Of The Taliban, Anjem Choudary, 54, the man accused of instigating multiple terrorist deaths, presented his frightening appraisal.

Last week, a hardline Islamist movement took control of Afghanistan, frightening the world with the rapidity with which they advanced.

Seven people were killed last night in the pandemonium at Kabul airport as thousands of people attempted to exit the country, highlighting the fear that many people have about the takeover.

Choudary, who served five years in prison for supporting ISIS before being released in 2018, was previously barred from speaking in public, but that restriction was lifted last month.

Choudary expressed his views on the encrypted social media network Telegram, calling on Taliban militia to fire their weapons at “occupying forces” and anybody who stood in the way of “implementing Allah’s reign.”

He also asked them to close Afghanistan’s international embassies and deport the UN from Kabul.

Non-Muslims living in the country should face a “infidel tax,” according to him.

In addition, all non-sharia courts should be abolished, and only sharia punishments should be administered.

“The criminal code, or Hudood, is Allah’s right to chop the hand off the thief, stone the adulterer, impose capital penalty on the apostate, and lash those who consume alcohol (all after due judicial procedure and evidence), and it must be applied without question or hesitation,” Choudary stated.

He also lectured the Taliban on the need of executing such harsh regulations, implying that the Taliban’s ability to apply sharia law would determine whether it was “really Islamic.”

“Muslims around the world must examine whether this fledgling state is truly implementing Islamic law or whether it is simply another government that has chosen Islam as part of its name that it expects everyone to call it,” he continued.

Choudary also ordered the Taliban to change Afghanistan’s name to Islamic State.

“All boundaries should be removed, and all Muslims should be invited to become citizens of the new Islamic State, with the goal of uniting the Muslim country of the Indian subcontinent,” he continued.
