Iran Human Rights, November 5: One man was hanged in the central Iranian city of Isfahan, reported the state run Iranian news agency Fars today.
The man was identified as "Hossein M." who was convicted of kidnapping and rape according to the report.
The charges have not been confirmed by independent sources.
